Digital Marketing Manager with Social Media Concentration

Corporate Communications is currently seeking a self-motivated & creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a concentration in Social Media. This team member will be responsible for supporting various clients’ social media needs. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, advanced planning & creation of engaging and attractive social media graphics, assisting with video content creation, subscriber integration and growth, regular reporting and strategic recommendations for growth. The ideal candidate will have a creative eye for design and photography, a keen eye for detail and a love or problem solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Create original, relevant, engaging, and high-quality written & visual content
  • Manage social media presence for multiple clients
  • Interface with clients to strategize, plan campaigns and calendars
  • Utilize SEO and SEM strategies in all aspects of content development for website and digital advertising
  • Report on results and guide paths forward
  • Create and manage promotions and social advertising campaigns (contests, promotions, giveaways and growth initiatives to engage, build, and strengthen online presence)
  • Track, report, and analyze social impact to website analytics and ROI of paid efforts 
  • Analyze campaigns and translate data into recommendations and plans for revising social media, content marketing, SEO and social advertising campaigns
  • Manage digital paid advertising
  • Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Experience with paid social media management including Facebook / Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Proven target audience growth month over month (social followers and web traffic)
  • Qualified leads funnel consistently through Marketing activities
  • Regularly assess effectiveness of activities and campaigns
  • Utilize social listening tools to collect data to provide insights to drive content marketing strategies
  • Successfully manage multiple accounts
  • Ability to work equally as part of a team & independently, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications or related, with a focus in Digital Marketing
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in a professional business setting
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Social Media Platforms
  • Experience with social media advertising
  • Experience with Google Analytics as related to social media
  • Proficiency with using Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 
  • Experience with Photoshop, Canva or other photo editing design applications
