University of Rochester is beginning to prepare for Reunion Weekend 2011 with the launch of a new reunion website designed and developed by Corporate Communications, Inc. A variety of goals were established during the planning stages of this project including:

• A new refreshed reunion website design while at the same time adhering to University of Rochester brand requirements
• An interactive website that appeals to recent graduates as well as University graduates from decades past
• An easy way to collect, maintain and report Alumni attendance intentions, alumni memories (through text and photographic contributions) and an opportunity to help seek out, 'lost alumni'
• A user friendly means of maintaining the content found on the site in addition to migrating for future Reunions.

All of these goals were met by the resulting website.

The Reunion website uses a unique design which is a noticeable departure from the majority of the University’s web presence, but still integrates well the U of R’s overall Brand Identity.

We designed and developed a unique user profile system that provides alumni with the ability to interact and contribute to the website with their own contributions. These contributions along with nearly all of the content on the Reunion website is approved and controlled by the website administrators through the content management system.
