Driven by the ever growing popularity of stay-cations, Campground Owners of New York required an expanded and more robust membership website for their members. The resulting member website, provides multi-level private memberships for full members as well as associate members. Varying degrees of tools are available to each member type including self-maintenance of advertising information and interactive message system.

The website design was focused around the organization's newly revised logo. While complimenting the logo the website design also needed to convey the feeling of what it is like to camp in New York State. 

The organization maintains a majority of the website through a Custom Content Management System (CMS). The CMS is focused on the rapidly changing information that is available to members within the private membership website area. An interactive message center provides members with an outlet for exchanging ideas and helping to solve common problems. Business critical resources are available for the members, such as forms and documentation of up-to-date regulations.

Members of the media are encouraged to request a media account on the site. This level of membership provides access to the media related resources, such as high-resolution photographs and current press releases. Associate members have accounts as well, which provide them with the ability to maintain the information related to their organization that is displayed on the associate member listing page.
