5. Select POP for the incoming server type. Next, under "Incoming Server", enter as "mail.corp-com.com" as your incoming Server Name. The checkbox below allows you to store all your emails from all your accounts in one folder if it's left checked. Unchecking it will create a separate folder that emails from this account will be sent to. Underneath that there may or may not be a text area allowing you to enter your SMTP settings. If the wizard allows, enter in "mail.corp-com.com." If not, then click Next.
6. Next, enter in your user name (your email address, for example, "myname@somecompany.com") then click Next.
7. Next, choose a name to call this account (ex. Work Email), then click Next.
8. You should be all set! Click Finish. The next time you try to connect a dialog box will appear asking for a password. Enter your password and select the option to remember so that you will not be asked to enter a password again.
