Behind the scenes, an elaborate client support system was integrated into the web site to provide clients with a convenient means of requesting support for their security systems across multiple locations. The security system notifies Securitronics' Security experts and logs the service requests for future notation and follow-up. In addition to the online support system, the web site also has a user friendly Bulletin Board System (BBS) to provide an open exchange between clients and Securitronics representatives in regards to security based topics.
