5. Select POP for the incoming server type. Next, under "Incoming Server", enter as "mail.corp-com.com" as your incoming Server Name. The checkbox below allows you to store all your emails from all your accounts in one folder if it's left checked. Unchecking it will create a separate folder that emails from this account will be sent to. Once you have made your choice, click Next.


6. Next, enter in your user name (your email address, for example, "myname@somecompany.com") then click Next.


7. Next, choose a name to call this account (ex. Work Email), then click Next.


8. You should be all set! Click Finish. The next time you try to connect a dialog box will appear asking for a password. Enter your password and select the option to remember so that you will not be asked to enter a password again.
