The Licensing Portal portion of the Kodak Branding Site is an area designated specifically for Kodak licensees. It provides an exceptionally convenient approach to streamline the workflow of the licensee submission process. It also provides a means to record all communications and assets submitted during the approval process and then archives completed submissions to be used later, if needed.
Within the Licensing section of the portal, users, both Kodak Licensee managers and licensees, will find improved efficiencies including Recording & Archiving of all comments and assets throughout the approval process, and will appreciate additional convenience-oriented features like automatic email from the site to Licensees, Managers, and Admin at each milestone in the submission process.
The site utilizes the Branding Portal registration process and modifies it to include licensees and Kodak Licensee managers. All registrants and access levels are controlled by administration screens. To further streamline the workflow, several submission forms unique to the type of submission are available. In addition, a live comments feature allows users to view Kodak Licensee managers’ comments on submissions that have reached final approval status.
The site is built with a MySQL database with dynamically database-driven PHP pages.
