Faced with the ever-increasing cost of printing, KODAK was looking for alternative means to distribute over 250 pages of benefits options to their employees.
The solution needed to be more cost effective than printing. It needed to be easier to update. Finally, it needed to be more dynamic and engaging than a printed book.
With these requirements in mind, we proposed a solid solution. A cross platform interactive CD-ROM designed to enhance the understanding
of all the pay and benefit choices available to the employees. The CD-ROM contains a searchable indexed .pdf
version of the printed book. In addition, we filmed and edited testimonials from a broad base of employees explaining how individually, they each
fashioned their own individualized benefits packages. To further enhance the educational value of this presentation, we developed custom e-learning games.
These games are focused on specific topics, which many employees had a problem understanding in the past.
The client has come back to us annually to update and refresh the presentation The updates have been simple to implement,
and the client is very pleased with the overall results.
