"Simon, Where Thinkers Become
Leaders" CD-ROM/DVD/Flash Video
When the University of
Rochester's Simon School wanted to connect with prospective students, alumni and corporations, they looked to Corporate Communications to produce
an exciting and highly motivating documentary-style, video-intensive, multimedia program that was cost-effectively cross-distributed via interactive
CD-ROM, Internet and DVD. The program tells the story of eight alumni and the impact their Simon School experience
had on their lives. It brings a third dimension to their "Simon, Where Thinkers Become Leaders" branding campaign by making an emotional
connection with prospective students. Corporate communications provided project management, concepting, video production,
video editing, graphic design, interactive development and CD replication.
According to Dawn McWilliams, Executive Director of Marketing and Communications for the Simon School:
"We had many great stories about how getting the degree affected the lives of the Simon graduate and really helped them be a "leader" but
we did not have it captured anywhere. This was the purpose of this project. It does a great job of capturing this information in an appealing way."
